Thoughtful and discrete assessments are the first step to unlocking insights and identifying areas for development and ways to maximize performance. These are available as part of a coaching engagement or as a stand-alone service. Laurie can help you discover how to recognize opportunities and unhealthy patterns and ways to address them - identify what matters to you, define specific goals, and explore ways to get there.

Included are: access to the assessment itself, individualized reports, and an in-depth debrief session that can be delivered to a group or an individual.
